I LOVE MY NEW HOME!

CIP Construction built my home in Asheville in 2017 and I've been very pleased. The entire building process flowed smoothly and followed the plan. I found the home when it was only a foundation but knew the location was ideal. As an out of town buyer, communication from the builder was essential. Mr. and Mrs. Cook were always accessible, detailed in their communication and had excellent suggestions during the process. And the quality of materials were superb! I've hosted many friends and family over the past year. ALL of them compliment the quality materials and construction. I consider myself quite lucky to have worked with them and you will too!
